Very nice test, recognized the inspiration from the cognitive functions! I liked how the test was a perfect balance of accuracy and simplicity; it doesn't get too bogged down in the details and make people become uncertain/overwhelmed.
Some of the result was me. However, there were several statements in the result that were way off. Especially the decision making portion. I always consider long term consequences of my decisions as well as how my decisions will affect others overall. I would never neglect other people culture, values or their emotional needs. That sounds like the most insensitive person ever. Definitely not me.
Only thing that I have to complain about is that in the Potential Development Areas, when I cannot use my talents and be appreciated for what I am, I tend to take it out on myself, usually NEVER others. My criticism of others is it's own thing. Other than that, this pretty much got me down to a T. ISTJ baby!
